I was shock that there are lovely lantern heritage in the village, before use the Thorn Alpha 3 with Mercury Vapour lamp 400W but now all had gone to replace new WRTL lantern in village area only.

You can see old Thorn Alpha 3 left which the power overhead cable had terminated to become underground to the village as new WRTL lantern as above.

THORN ALPHA 2000 SON-T 250W, No Photocell.
A new Alpha 2000 lantern on national road with N8, after the village before old Thorn Alpha 5 SLI/H 140W, about 1987 they had replaced to Thorn Alpha 4 SOX 135W but just gone recently.
